For marketing agencies
If you manage marketing for physiotherapy clinics, you can send us their details in one spreadsheet. We confirm each listing with the clinic directly, then publish it.
Listings are held by the clinic, not by an agency account. It keeps the information accurate over time and means the clinic never loses access if it changes agencies. If a clinic would like you to keep managing its profile, it can tell us when we confirm.
Please don’t sign up through the clinic owner flow or claim a listing using an agency or personal email address. Those requests can’t be verified and are declined.
Here’s how it works

One row per clinic location. Required columns are marked, and each one has a note explaining what we need.

Email the completed file to support@findphysio.ca with the subject “Agency batch” and your agency name.

We email the clinic at its own contact address, or call its public number, to confirm it wants to be listed.

Once confirmed, the clinic is published and the owner receives an invitation to manage their profile.
Rows missing a required field are returned to you. Thin listings don’t help patients choose a clinic, so we’d rather wait for complete ones.
Optional columns include booking link, hours, practitioner count, logo, photos, and social profiles. Real photos only, please.
Download the template, fill in one row per location, and email it to support@findphysio.ca. We’ll reply once each clinic has confirmed.
